The RE Mountain Sustainability Club is the first Canadian club active in iTUNA. We have a long and proud history of involvement in environmentally-focused student initiatives. After having won multiple prizes in the BC Green Games and being involved in community projects such as the Langley Green Teams Conference and In-School Aquaponics, the club is now embarking on a new chapter in exploring sustainability. Our volunteer opportunities have varied from ocean clean-ups to invasive species removals. We have now taken on beekeeping. And maintain 3 beehives to explore the contributions of bees to biodiversity and local agriculture. Our goal is to raise awareness of environmental issues, such as protection, conservation, preservation, and restoration of our earth.
